Return and Exchange Policy

At Houston Drip Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to make an exchange. Please review the following policy for returns and exchanges.

Final Sale

All products are considered final sale items and cannot be returned for a refund.


We do offer exchanges for products that meet the conditions listed below. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Conditions for Exchange
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial.
  • Sale items, Shoe Cleaners, Gift Cards, and Digital Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Restocking Fee

Please note that the restocking fee may vary based on the condition of the item being returned, the age of the item, and the reasons for the return. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount and the remainder will be credited back to the original form of payment. If the item is being returned due to a Houston Drip Factory error, such as a shipping error or defective item, the restocking fee will be waived.

For pick up orders, orders must be picked up within two weeks from the original purchase date. Subject to a 20% restocking fee will also be applied if not picked up by the grace period.
